Person-Centered Planning Course
Introduction:
Person-centered planning (PCP) provides essential support to people with disabilities by prioritizing their wishes, needs, and aspirations. In our PCP course, we engage key stakeholders, including peers, family members, professional support staff, and other significant individuals, in live events and demonstrations to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
