Introduction:

This course focuses on enhancing productivity and motivation through best practices in employee management, aiming to create a supportive and trusting work environment where employees can reach their full potential. Participants will learn to build positive workplace relationships, handle employee relations issues with sensitivity, and apply effective strategies to boost team motivation and performance.
