Financial Communication, Decision-Making, and Accounting Strategies Course

Introduction:

Many managers and executives often hear that "accounting is the language of business," yet they have not fully mastered this language. The Financial Accounting for Decision-Making course aims to teach this language in a structured and accessible way.

This course allows participants to engage with accounting concepts through various tasks and link them to annual reports and budgets relevant to executives. No prior preparation is needed—just a willingness to participate and, if possible, a budget or other financial documents.

Through practical exercises, case studies, and financial analysis techniques, participants will learn to prepare and manage budgets and develop cost awareness critical for project control and management. The course emphasizes the importance of budget and cost analysis in strategic decision-making and overall business management.
